as we finalize our concept and as part of the design phase, we will begin working (often in tandem with the contractor and/or architect) on our conceptual drawings and space plans. we offer 2d AutoCAD drawings and 3d visual renderings upon request

following our inspiration guide and our finalized construction plans, we provide a design deck for each room with furniture selections, etc. we offer 2-3 revisions to help finalize the selections and achieve your goal. we also will provide furniture space plans to help visual the layout and see how your items will fit in the space

-here we finalize the items to be purchased or to be made custom. a guide with direct links to purchase all of your items will be provided. we can also purchase if preferred
-order, track & budget maintenance

-delivery & installation coordination. onsite project management. periodic site visits. offsite storage upon request
-unlimited phone support throughout duration of project
