will an estimate be provided prior?

a preliminary estimate will be provided following our initial consultation, once scope of project is clear. please note that the estimate is subject to change throughout the course of the project.

deposit?

a non-refundable project fee will be due upon singing of the contract. project fee amount is dependent on project scope.

how many revisions can i make to the design deck?

depending on the scope of the work, one to two revisions are included. our goal is to learn as much about the project up front so that we nail your vision in the initial design deck package.

what if i don’t want to deal with purchasing or any vendors?

we can help with the purchasing of the furniture items either with a client’s payment info or we are happy to purchase and invoice. whichever you are more comfortable with.

do i need to be present for the installation?

it’s totally up to you as the client. we will be there for installation to make sure that everything goes as smooth as possible. most clients opt out of being present for the installation to get the full affect of the big reveal!

do you offer any discounts for friends & family?

absolutely! please let us know how you heard about us and who referred you.

are you open to partnerships?

100% i love partnerships. whether that be with other designers, brand partnerships, you name it. in fact, i currently partner with another fabulous designer, interiors by ryann. she is fabulous and everyone should check her out!

do you service only the los angeles area?

nope! we have client’s all over southern california, san francisco, new york, etc. we are more than happy to travel during these times while exercising safety precautions. we look forward to projects in new and exciting locations!

how are you handling the covid-19 pandemic?

we are a small team and have learned to work virtually like many designers. we pride ourselves in our adaptability and aspire to bring you the best designs and presentations we can during these unfortunate times. we practice safe workplace habits in accordance with CDC guidelines. if traveling is requested, we require routine testing and quarantine restrictions per specific city/state requirements.
